Heck – while we’re at it – might as well grab Stamkos and one of the Sedins.

Nash wouldn’t give up Weber for anything short of Geno, and he’s still an RFA. To even lay that out as an option is ridiculous.

not when you trade martin (5 million) in a trade like the michalek trade ( for assets). Then pens have 20 mill in space. As it stands now pens have 15 mil cap space. But pens can’t get parise AND Weber without trading martin.

That would be a dream off season for the pens… I got a better dream offseason for the flyers since we are not looking at cap or anything that would be possible at all with your comment.
Flyers resign Jagr, trade late round picks and get Nash, Weber and bobby Ryan, then pick up suter and brodure…. Yup, like a said, dream offseason since the chances of the pens being able to afford parise and weber is laughable.

Hope he resign with the Penguins. A 4th line with Asham – Vitale – Prust. The line could bring the thunder. Of course that would mean signing Brandon Prust as well. The oly down side would betraying to find a place for Craig Adams then. Adams PK and defense make it hard not to keep him in the lineup.

Asham is the best enforcer in the league. Would love to see him on the sharks or resign to the pens.

I know I’m in the minority here but I want the pens to bring him back. Sign parise, sign asham, trade for Shea Weber, sign niskanen then start the season. That would be a dream offseason from this pens fan view point.
