the late in the day rumor is that it’s down to 5 teams and that the MN Wild haven’t been told they are out.

So I am guessing it’s something like this??

This guy might be good but I think he’s a bit of a joke. For someone who has never played a single NHL game he seems to think he’s something special if he thinks he can demand playing time on any team he wants and basically screwing the Ducks in the process. Doesn’t help that all the teams are basically drooling over the dude, but yeah, no thanks. Hopefully Getzlaf or Perry puts this dude through the wall the first time they play him.

Since there is a maximum that he can be paid, I think it’s more of a Bang for you Buck hype then Future HOF hype.

Honestly, I bet he doesn’t end up being nearly as good as the hype is making him out to be, talk about an overblown story. TSN can’t get enough of him and I hate it lol
