My gut is that a lot of folks misread him. If MTL or NYI do not take him, I suspect TOR will. Certainly won’t fall past CAR at #8.

I too think he has a strong chance of going to Montreal and staying in the French prov. but could fall, and fall hard if Burke doesn’t take him ….
