Your also an aging team that when Parise and Suter sign their 10 year contracts, that they look at what they have down the road, they may not be enticed like every Wing fan thinks their team always will be great.

Yea you can shove those thumbs down up your butt when the wings sign him. Sorry we are a great organization with money, its gonna happen. Regardless of whether or not you like the Wings, not being able to see it is the most logical fit is just asinine. As a Wings fan i desperately want Holland to make signing Parise top priority if he hits the market. Once that’s done, if Suter is still available go after him, if not no skin off their back, call up Smith and Kindl and develop a stronger defensive system and score score score.

Yep…. many PHT readers dread that the Wings are coming off two decades of extremely high success… and have been brilliant financially, poised to SERIOUSLY reload.

They could pay top dollar for a number of free agents that will hit the market. Holland will assure they end up with a could great players and great values.

He’s already in Hockeytown… I’m sure he still remembers HIS team knocking the Wings out of the playoffs last year in the 1st round . The PREDS are a better team than the Wings are now… why would he wanna take a step back? Good luck with all the dreams of Suter Detroit. .. Not gonna happen!
