He feels that Grigorenko is not worth a high pick due to his attitude, work ethic and he is considered a bit of a risk due to the fact he could go back home to Russia…. Button has graded Grigorenko as a #2 center, not a #1… not saying he is right or wrong, just his opinion.

As for Murray, Button thinks he has already peaked and that there are other dmen that have a better projected NHL career in years to come… Murray is NHL ready and can have an instant impact but doesn’t show signs of having elite level talent. Also remember Murray is almost a year older than some of the skaters he is playing against.

I for one have nothing against Button saying something different than all of the other copy cat rankings and mock drafts….
