Drew, I am thinking the same thing. Probably a drug deal gone bad and he owes his “friends” $. Pretty damn good reason his 4 “friends” are tracking him down and making death threats.. No one does that when they lose a drinking buddy.

Good for him. Recognizing that the people you thought were friends, really are not friends, is tough. And regardless how tough you are, as a grown man getting involved in these types of fights is not worth your time or risk of injury. Enjoy your family because clearly your friends are anything but friends. Darren was a beauty to watch in Detroit. One of my favorite players to watch back then. He had a mean look on his face and he played like it.

Ridiculous…wow, shows just how much he -did- need to clean up his life if he’s got ‘friends’ like these as part of his life. I hope it all pans out for him.
