Two completely different games with black and white strategies. I will say that the NHL today absolutely suits roller hockey players better today than it did before the lockout. Roller hockey was always fun, it’s actually a great way to work on your stick handling as the surface and a weighted puck feel just like ice. My friend played goalie and he says that its an absolute disadvantage that the puck can move so fast but goalies can’t get post to post without either opening the 5 hole or attempting to slide (50/50 chance your pads get hung up on the sport court.)
