Predictions are predictions, they don’t mean jack.

I think this is the same analyst in game 2 who said Brodeur was great in net and “it’s just a matter of time” for the Devils to score in OT, that the Devils had a “quiet confidence” and that the Kings were “animated” (implying not in a good way). A couple of minutes later the puck was in the back of Jersey’s net.

Talk about bandwagon jumpers. There was virtually no media coverage of the Kings outside of SoCal until they stormed into the finals. Now everyone with a mic wants to pontificate.

I hate these types of headlines. Can they? Of course they can. Can the New Jersey Devils come back and win the series? Of course they can. Is one more likely than the other, yes. I think the operative word is ‘will’. And the Los Angeles Kings probably will sweep the series.
