this ridiculous idea that the coach HAS to be a Francophone will keep the habs buried in mediocrity for the next decade+, until they finally realize that ethnicity matters not when it comes to coaching. good luck trying to tell the french that bit of logic….

PK must have embarrassed the jersey. Maybe Crosby will want to come play for his old coach since they were so tight. Aside from the French speaking requirement how about a fresh new name for coaching positions? The guy in Norfolk of the AHL should be a hot commodity? Aren’t there anything but retreads?
