Hes not “tracking it with his leg” at all. Hes just trying to make himself, in this case his leg, as big as possible to take as much net away as he can. If the puck hits a goalie (no matter who it is) in that case, its nothing but luck.

It looked like Kopitar tried to put it above his pads and muffed the shot so it stayed low. The crazy thing is that Brodeur read his stick as going high and tracked it with his leg

this was a “highly contested” affair tonight, no doubt … nonetheless, there’s a glaring chink in the armor of “that” which is the Devils and it was bared “naked” for all of us to see tonight … I saw it with my own two eyes, just as I’m sure you did too … anyway, I do sincerely hope that our beloved Kings can see this chink as well and exploit it to the absolute and most fullest of advantage ! … GO KINGS GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
