Lidstrom is proof that talent and success are not measured by high draft status.

Too often in this league (and others), continued player development is not as intense after entering the Pro’s. Oh, they practice, but in general. Lidstrom is evidence that diligence produces excellent results when a player stays hungry for improvement.
