I am thinking some where near a season would be about right.

Now, if that would have happened, Duncan Keith would have not played in the playoffs either. I am not saying that because I was hoping he would have not played against the Yotes, but because if that was true the NHL would have actually gotten its act together and started protecting players.

Not that that is any where near becoming a reality.

He played there for one year, to win a cup. They failed. He went to Chicago for 3 reasons. To win a cup, long term contract, and money. Something Chicago could give him, and Detroit, obviously couldn’t. And you witnessed a guy damn near get killed. A guy who, by all accounts is one of the cleanest players of the game. And you dont feel any empathy for him. Their is something wrong with you. Go cheer for your Todd Bertuzzi’s.
