They can’t even handle the blatent penalties. So you want to re-set the rules of obstruction (again)? Obstruction is like holding in football, it happens on every play, to some extent. The officials pick and choose when to call it. It differs from ref to ref, team to team, player to player, month to month, and year to year. There is no clear defined line and the game is very fast. Stop confusing everybody. Either allow it or don’t, there is no middle ground.
