Remember Shaw’s collision with Smith in the Chi-Yote series, you’d of thought Smith was run over by a tank, flop, flop, flop, get’s up plays like nothing happened. And watch the re-play after Penner’s OT goal in game 5, Smith takes a swing at Richards after the goal is scored, HELLO, Smith is a BIA! What F@%K is BIA anyway? NHL is rigged. This league went from dying because of the glorious trap (Devils), to rebuilding, to crap again. The officiating this playoffs has been disgusting. I don’t know if it’s got it’s teams picked or not, but it’s been bad. The most important is the disciplinary actions that were taken. I put a video on here of Shanahan explaining an illegal up high check and why he got suspended. Everything Shanahan explained wasn’t done by Giroux but he got a 1 game. Torres hit was a penalty but when you watch these entire playoffs a lot of the hits were 3 times worse than that and not even a penalty was called. NHL treading that fine line of no one caring about hockey again. Good job boys

It’s actually sad, the great hockey played during these NHL Playoffs have been overshadowed by all the constant bickering, questionable hits, and Shanhan’s iron fist, or lack there of. I wish the playoffs were played like the Olympics, with class and dignity. When the Olympics are over, you remember the great hockey games.

If you want to keep a tally of the blown calls for and against each team, I doubt that the net number has anything to do with the fact that LA beat “you” 4-1 in the WCF. You may think that Brownie is a bi-yat$% (you’re ignorant), but the bottom line is that he’s an upstanding player who happens to hit hard and he has skills. The Kings are going to play hard in the Finals, and regardless of a championship or golf, bottom line is that they made it to the Finals while “you” are still whining days later. Get a grip.

wrong, the league lost money on home games…about a mil each. If you want a theory that floats, you could say we got help to get to the last round then it was assured we would go no further. But we didnt get help..how many of the Coyotes got suspended by the way? For the same type of hits that the kings laid on them and didnt even get whistles for mind you…(boarding in the last game, browns hit, etc)

Wow!! You King fans jump on the bandwagon and trash any team you play. I must admit the post game activites were not the best. But I was at the game and seen calls that were not made for both teams. The last major call did play apart in the outcome. Yes you are suppose to forget and play the game. The coyotes were playing for their life. Don’t judge unless you have been in their shoes. Mr Dontknowitall please get our players name rights. And when your quoting our coach get it right. Do some research before you write your comments.

WOW, looks like the hockey world went from not caring/giving a sh*t about the yotes to now they’re babies, unprofessionals, douches, etc. that people hate. I LOVE IT, as a fan, the NHL needs a villain. The Canucks can’t do it all alone. BTW, it could have been way worse. They made a mistake they’re human, it’s easy to say you wouldn’t react that way. Now we have fuel for LA/PHX rivalries. Hockey is entertainment folks. Who wants to watch the B Jackets vs the Wild ZZZZzzzz? Rivalry games rules. Next Year Yotes, I don’t care if your in PHX, Seattle, Quebec, LV, or KC!!!

The game is very fast, so what? Sorry it isn’t as slow and boring as the NBA, who clearly has the worse refs in pro sports.

The game is fast, that’s why they teach you in mini-mites not to retaliate. 1 you’ll get caught 9/10 times and 2, it makes you look like an idiot.
