I'm amazed at your telekinectic powers. Now that PHX is gone you and your fan friends can go back to ASU and hang with your mascot sparkles.

A hunter friend told me he heard that coyotes are being taken off the nations Federal Government Protection list. Soon it will be open season on all coyotes everywhere.

LONG LIVE THE KINGS!!!!!!!

Let me guess... You're not from Arizona and really don't know our laws, or facts. I'm going to say...from Canada. Am I right? I'll be shocked if I'm not.

Here's some facts.

This management fee is not a gift. It's a fee for services. That's a fact.

This management fee is inline with what the University of Phoenix Stadium, directly across the street from Jobing.com Arena. That's a fact. It should also be noted the the Stadium has significantly fewer events take place at it each year.

I'd say congratulations to the 6000-7500 Coyotes fans who turn out for the teams' regular season games, but this is meaningless. The arena management fee will never pass the AZ Gift Law test, and Jamison and his mystery buyers (I'm still convinced it's a Florida retirement community) will never be able to buy the team without the ridiculous subsidies they're demanding, nor would they ever want to. Why buy a team that loses money when you can buy the team and have the city guarantee to cover those losses so you can make a profit?

This is a farce, and the members of the Glendale city council who voted in favor of this in the face of a crushing budget deficit look like total buffoons.

I'm in no way conservative, and would never agree to about 99.9% of Goldwater's positions, but they're spot on with this one.
