Maybe it is really the heat, and not the humidity? Where I live, people get all cranky when it is hot and really humidity, then they say the heat/humidity line… People in AZ are cranky in the heat. To the Coyote’s fans, team, good luck to you all.

It always boggles me how it seems te last thing these prospective owners do OS talk to Glendale about the lease. Jameson has been the only guy for a while and it sure seems like there has been little to no movement on a lease.

With all due respect to Doan’s kid, sorry, but it’s about 105 F. outside today. Not hockey weather. Hell, it’s almost too hot for water polo! Yeah, I know the Coyotes play indoors, and I’m sure the ice will be in great shape and all passes will be crisp and swell. Or not. Let’s hope the City Council does the sensible thing and puts this franchise out of its misery and it can soon move to a more sensible location. I’m no Kings fan, but on this occasion, go Kings go.

The fact that this still hasn’t closed is very eyebrow raising to me.

We’ll see though I guess. I still wonder if they are just punting this for down the road. Meaning in 5 years if this team is still hemorrhaging money that they’ll be in this position again and relocate then. For the fans I hope not but sorry this team has lost money every year it’s been there. Including the years they were downtown with better crowds and winning.
