If Shanahan keeps his standard for accessing penalties it will be it will be no injury, no obvious intent to injure, no suspension.

Heck even with Ovechkin trying to hurt people in the last round he got nothing because there was no injury, but he along with the two ladies in Pittsburgh are chosen ones.

Shanahan is bad.

I’m not saying the officiating is outright rigged. Get over yourself, scion. The officiating in most of these playoffs has been questionable. Yeah, the refs are human, and they’re going to miss things. These refs are supposed to be the best of the best, and this blatant elbow occurred in front of two of them. From the sloppy job they’ve been doing, it’s easy to mistake them for mites refs.

There are countless stories of downright BAD officiating in these playoffs, and they don’t all involve my team.

Sounds like we have a meeting of the Whine & Cheese Club. The refs missed it because it wasn’t that bad. Easy to complain with the advantage of slow motion replay on your 60″ screen.

I’m a long time Ranger fan, he deserves one game. This was not worse than giroux’s. May not get any since he didn’t follow thru forward when head went forward. But I can see one game.

You’re not a referee, and the human eye has a LOT to track with 10 players flying around on ice. Things get missed. It happens, and it will always happen.

If you start talking about rigging of the game, maybe you should follow another sport and get the hell out of mine. My team isn’t even in the playoffs anymore and I can’t stand how much people whine about missed calls. Your team should -overcome- them, and so should you. Don’t use them to justify a loss.
