Looks like Boardwalk Hall in AC when the Bullies played there. The one end of the rink was right up against the stage.

My guess is that one of two things will happen: Isles will use Barclay’s as a temporary home while NVMC is being given a thorough renovation or a new arena is built elsewhere in the NY area (my guess is the old Shea site in Queens) or additional work is done on Barclay’s once it’s clear the Isles will be a permanent tenant to make the seast on the left usable and the arena more NHL-friendly.

Is it just me, or does it look like they could use the seats on the left end of the arena, but they’re simply not using them for now? Maybe because it’s only a preseason game?
