There were so many Rangers’ fans at the rink, I thought the Rangers would do their traditional home ice salute to the crowd after the win. The crowd that night was at least 40% Rangers’ fans, probably closer to 50%. Bu the time the teams lined up for the handshake, almost every Devils’ fan had cleared out of the joint. It was quite sad and pathetic. The Devils’ fan base is the worst in hockey.
