Credit McDonagh with some of that shutout too. Not to discount that Henrik is the best goalie in the league and quite possibly will turn out to be the best ever, but McDonagh f’ing dominated the NJ offense!

Typical Marty. As soon as anyone so much as implies that the other goalie outplayed him, he starts giving any bullsh*t reason for it other that simply saying, for once, the other guy was just better on that night. Way to stay classy Maaaaaaaaaaaarty! Maaaaaaaaaaaaarty! Maaaaaaaaaaarty!

As I predicted in this series the KING will throw 3 shutouts at the organization from jersey ! Was it me or did the jersey boys look like frustration is setting in on them already ? Its nice to see the great big agressive forecheck mean nothing when you can’t get the puck by the other teams goaltender you are basically wearing yourself out as oppesed to wearing the other team out when you score !
