Watch Salvador set up Zidlicky’s first goal of 2012 playoffs

May 6, 2012, 10:46 PM EDT

The Philadelphia Flyers netted the first two goals of Sunday’s game, but as we’ve seen frequently in the 2012 playoffs, the Flyers are not good at maintaining an early lead.

New Jersey’s Bryce Salvador made a nice pass to mid-season acquisition Marek Zidlicky, who erased the Flyers’ lead with his first goal of the 2012 postseason.

The New Jersey Devils went on to post a 4-2 victory against the Flyers. They now have a commanding 3-1 series lead going into Tuesday’s contest.

Instead of the opening paragraph being about the flyers maybe you could have mentioned Salvadores stats for the series and/or playoffs? Maybe mention he missed all of last year, maybe mention anything about him other than he made a pass after Philly had scored twice.. Maybe..

The Flyers have constantly lost 2- 3 goal leads ! They built a 2 goal lead against a team that don’t leave them out of their own end and what the Flyers do ,,,,,,,,,,,,loose the lead to a team that basically plays defense ITS OVER !
