I hope Rinaldo does not play. 50% of his shifts result in penalties. This is no time to try to play short-handed. He will try to “spark something”…..much like Carcillo sparked something vs Talbot.

If you don’t respect your opponent’s ability in the playoffs, you cannot beat them. It takes a respect of their talent to be able to win. Maybe the Flyers came into this series thinking they wouldn’t have a problem with the Devils.

Is it really that hard to find a picture of Jagr playing the Devils? Or even Jagr alone? As the other poster said, lazy.

Here’s to hoping “playing with more passion and emotion” doesn’t mean a total goon fest these next few games, because its been way more fun watching these two teams actually play hockey as opposed to the mess that was the Pens/Flyers series in RD 1.

Of course Rinaldo is playing tomorrow so its looking like that’s where its headed.

In the last two days the Flyers (Jagr, Briere, and Hartnell especially) have talked about being outplayed, frustrated, out muscled, etc. I hope they aren’t as defeated as they sound. I give the Flyers credit for humiliating the Pens in round 1, and yet, give the Devils credit for playing outstanding hockey, complete hockey and winning (so far).
