Yeah, the Dolphins don’t pick till 9 I believe. I’ll have the Panthers game on one tv and the draft on another, mostly muted. But there is no way I’m missing game 7 of the Panthers. This is HUGE.

Don’t get me wrong the NFL draft is interesting,and i’m an NFL fan, but If watching a bunch of guys in suits, give a hug to GODell means as much as two game 7′s in the NHL playoffs, you have lost your manhood…….Might as well watch a Kardashian rerun………..

OK, get those down-thumbers ready: For those like me who had to look this up, scoops is worried about a conflict between, of all things, the NFL draft and an SCP Game 7. Even my football-crazy brother knows it is illegal to get excited about football before August. And, sorry, but I have never understood how excited people get about any draft, to do anything besides check afterward to see who went where. Because it will be at least 2 or 3 years before you can know with any certainty how all the picks panned out. So here is how this draft will go: A few players will do very well, perhaps even being HoF bound; at least one will have injury woes and soon vanish from the headlines; a couple will prove to not have what it takes to go from college to the NFL, one of whom might do well in the CFL; several will have decent NFL careers; at least one will prove to be a better player than a man and will get in serious trouble. Tune back in in 2015 to find who is who. Now enjoy the Game 7′s.
