What? No suspension for Daniel from that nasty elbow he threw to smash Keith’s head into the glass?

Seriously, Keith should have been punished no worse than Daniel, as Daniel threw the first and the worst blow. Just another favor done by the NHL to the Vancouver Ca-thugs.

Strategically I am for them, as they would be much easier for us (the Hawks) to knock off, but I’d still kind of enjoy seeing the Kings eliminate them. It would be nice for somebody other than Chicago or Boston to do it.

friends … the bottom line is that the Vancouver Canucks are now “cornered rats” who must be dealt with “swiftly and ruthlessly” under no uncertain terms ! … this business of Daniel returning to the lineup worries me, as I suspect they’ve got something up their sleeve ? … nonetheless, it’s imperative that we Kings strike them hard and strike them often ! … I will personally not be at peace until this thing is finally over and we’re able to hoist our flag in victory … come on boys, let’s really give it to them ! … GO KINGS GO !

Well, there is the fact this game is 3 days after the last one. If he was close but not quite comfortable last week, why does it surprise you that he is comfortable to play now?

He said quite clearly after practice yesterday that he 100% wouldn’t go if he didn’t feel right this morning. He’s not willing to risk it, and he’s going to play now because he’s cleared protocol and feels fine.

Didn’t know we had so many MD’s on here. I love how everyone just assumes he’s being rushed back with no knowledge of the situation. Why would MG risk for their best players long term health in a series they have about a 3% chance of winning. He’s been skating since before the start of the playoffs, by my timetable this return date seems completely acceptable.

Heres how tomorrow’s headlines will read tomorrow in L.A ” Vancouver swept by 8th seed Kings” “Luongo plays in last game as a Canuck ” and Sedin sister out indefinitely with permanent concussion given by Kings in game 4 …..

The league needs to get a grip on things before the get real ugly the list includes the way injuries,penaltys , and off ice incidents.

Bad bad bad bad bad decision. Savard rushed back for the Philly series two years ago, and ended up setting himself back. Big risk that Vancouver shouldn’t take. (& I’m a Bruins fan)

I hope they lose, but still good to see him back, concussions are a horrible injury that can ruin more than just your hockey life.

Daniel is just coming back so he can console and wipe the tears out of Henrik and Robby Lou’s eyes after they get swept out of the playoffs and choke even worse than they did last yr. After tonight’s game i’m sure all the fraud Vancouver fans will burn down the city like they did in 94′ and last year after game 7 of the finals.

Wow, what a coincidence. He got better just in time for possibly the last game of the season.

Concussions are serious and the team shouldn’t clear him. If he wasn’t well enough to play last game or the game before, what makes them think he is now? Don’t put his health at risk just because the team is on the verge of getting shamed out of the playoffs.
