Some of you guys are so blind to the truth. First Crosby is too young and immature to even be an assistant captain. No team in the situation they are in wants there captain in the penalty box. I don’t care who you like or root for he was an embarrassment to himself and the league. It’s expected from that team. Rangers coach has it right when he paid money last week to say they are the first to cry and moan when they are the first to take cheap shots. It won’t matter after one more game anyway. Crosby the puss can go home and play with his toys and stomp his feet all he wants. He needs to grow up, quickly and quit acting like a little girl.

Coming from a Flyers fan, the only blatantly dirty stuff I saw was Meal’s headhunting and Asham’s nonsense. Personally I appreciate Sid’s hatefulness and passion. We all hate him too, and I guarantee that every Flyer hates every Penguin, especially Crosby. Any Flyers fan that appreciates fights and rough stuff can’t really argue with what the Pens are doing, aside from the intent to injure. I personally wouldn’t want the series thus far to be any different. Hell, the Pens are playing the Flyers’ game. We play their’s and this series might be totally different.

I’m a Penguins fan and it is getting harder for me to admit it. This display has been embarrassing. It’s one thing to play poorly, but it’s another to get violent about it. This is a horrible time in Pittsburgh sports. This series was over from Game 1 with bonehead play. I actually hope the Flyers sweep so this can just be over. I’m still a fan of this team but I hope next year they cut out the dirtiness and whining and just play hockey. Props to the Flyers for just wanting it more…

Every major altercation was instigated by the Penguins, whether it was Crosby hacking Bryz’s glove, or swatting Voraceks away, or Ashams cross check, or Neals head hunting. As I read above, keep drinking the kool-aid dude. We cold tolerate you getting all the love and affections of the league and its officials with your whining and diving, but add childish BS and intent to injure on top of it and the NHL along withs its players and fans have had enough.

And I must say, never have I ever seen Rangers, Capitols, Devils and Bruins fan publicly root for the Flyers. We appreciate your support, and we fully understand that we will return to hating each other as usual as soon as the Penguins are disposed of.

Yea go to hockey fights.com and see he had 2 fights a year pretty much. He has no problem running a guy or playing dirty. But rarely answers the bell. Was disaapointed in that all the pens seemed more intent on revenge than winning.

That being said, I’d love to see Ovechkin on the Flyers. I like the way he plays.

dropthepucheh… you don’t watch the Caps very much, only go by what you hear or think. Ovechkin has more fights than Giroux. I like the way he plays… with grit and passion. He is nothing like Crosby, who’s a mama’s boy that cries about everything and REALLY REALLY needs to grow up.
