I can tell you friend that there’s an ominous pall hanging over the city of Vancouver right now. It’s been quiet everywhere here this weekend, not unlike the peace which often precedes a big storm. At any rate, enjoy the game there and GO KINGS GO !

Though provocative and somewhat incendiary, full marks all the same to comrade Yerdon for addressing what we “don’t” want to be our undoing … over-confidence. Yes we’ve got these bastards on the ropes and yes it looks good for us at this juncture. But as Drew Doughty accurately states … “we’ve got to act like this series has just started”. We know that the Canucks will counter with Schneider tonight and we know that they’ll be coming at us with reckless abandon … after all, their entire season now hangs in the balance. Nonetheless, as long as we stick to the original game plan with conviction and resolve and continue to offer them absolutely “no quarter” whatsoever, then there’s every reason to believe that we “can and will” prevail tonight !

Come on boys, press home the attack and let’s finish the job ! …. GO KINGS GO !
