Yes the Rangers can use some firepower but don’t be quick to forget we were first in the east for a reason. And where goalies are the most important players out there come playoff time I’d have to think we feel pretty dam good with the King between the pipes. 94 was a long time ago to 2012 and more lets do this Rangers!!!!

Just as Hagelin’s speed has opened up the game for gaborik and Richards kreiders speed will open the ice for dubi and Boyle. I think that line combo could become very dangerous especially in the offensive zone where Boyle is dominating the face off circle.

Play Krieder with Boyle and Dubi on the 3rd line and watch Dubi’s game elevate in the playoffs. I would definitely not stick him with Prust and Rupp if your looking to get some offense from him.

Furthermore, this is a huge move by Sather. If he ends up adding anything at all it’s simply a bonus as John Mitchell is fodder.
