As much as their detractors want to call them ‘sisters’ and soft, they’re very competitive. Henrik fought through a bad foot/ankle injury to play and keep his ironman streak going (soon to pass JBo in Calgary since they missed the playoffs again). On top of that, they’re very competitive with each other, and Daniel doesn’t like Henrik having the opportunity to get further ahead in points and games played. There’s no way this is a faked injury.

I think Los Angeles has the goaltending to give Vancouver a scare in the first round. San Jose not so much. Either match up should be interesting though.

I’m quick to knock the Sedins on their FIFA style, especially when the team instantly bypassed the traditional coy “upper body injury” route and went straight to the “concussion: two weeks” in attempts to increase the suspension.

But, he’s been out two weeks, just like they said.

Actually AV has been resting them both for the playoffs. He’s had them alternately playing while “Daniel” has been “concussed”. That way, both Sedins will be rested for the playoffs. Ingenius coaching!
