He never said that word at all. he said HE believes that the team would make playoffs and he wasn’t ready quite, if you read his words instead of what the main stream media is saying, you would understand that. But all it’s going to take is one brutal injury as the result of a very large 13-year old on an undersized 11-year old to cause league officials to be concerned with lawsuits and protecting children. It just isn’t necessary. Kids that age should be focusing on fundamentals rather than how to become more physical players. Good programs (I like to think we’re involved with one in Walpole, MA) know what to focus on.
