You say the comment below about someone, and then expect them to help you? Delusional.

I also find it somewhat of a misuse of public personnel that the mayor has his people trying to get tickets to a concert. What, they don’t have anything better to do?

I think the point is that it was a pretty standard request for a public office (particularly if they helped get an event booked in the first place) … and releasing the email is kind of a petty move by the Devils.

Cory Booker, how about you pay for your own tickets the same way you expected Newark residents to pay for the huge property tax increase you passed. I’m sure they didn’t want to pay scalper prices on their property either.

The mayor sounds like a typical scumbag politician who has taken to pouting after trying to stiff the team of parking revenue. That the judge came down in favor of the team should have been enough to shut up the mayor. But he is insisting on making a bigger ass of himself. If he really believed that he convinced Springsteen to come to Newark, he should have asked Springsteen for the tickets.
