So true…who’s he to talk? His team just lost to freaking Toronto and then should have lost again. Thankfully for them the refs gave them 2 bs goals late in the 3rd and then a PP in OT.

Didn’t Miller guarantee a playoff spot about 10 days ago…pot meet kettle.

This is the typical media blowing up something minor into something major. If there is anyone in the locker room for either the Caps or the Sabers, that doesn’t feel that way in the locker room they need to be out of the locker room. Brooks is speaking like a true competitor, he didn’t do what Messier did in 94, he didn’t pull an Ovi from last year and say “we’re winning the next two”, he said that he himself believes that they are making the post season. As for Miller, I hope the image of that punk ass Canadian Golden Child is forever burn in your head.(As much as it pained me when he who shall not be named, got that hard nose pass from Iggy)

Coming from the guy that gave up 5 to Toronto yesterday, after losing his two previous and giving up 9 combined goals in those two games….that’d be a total of 14 goals against in 3 games, two of which were against the Leafs.

Yea from a fan of the capitals it was pretty rediculous we lost to tampa. But then again i could say that for many games this year. Although i still do not doubt what this team’s potential is. I believe we can make the playoffs and hopefully turn everything around if we make it in.
I can understand people’s frustration with many caps fans cause i good deal of em only know who plays like ovechkin and backstrom are

How does Bettman feel about promising Washington a Winter Classic in 2014? I hope they miss the playoffs, they trade Ovie, and Bettman is stuck with his promise. Shouldn’t play favorites, Gary.

Being that Im out West and don’t really get a chance to see Miller much anyways, I’m thinking Ryan Miller should just retire …. so he can finally get a national broadcasting job somewhere and we can all enjoy him.
