It was incredible. The love for this team in this market has been so underestimated. It was so, so loud in there, and everyone was deliriously happy. I really don’t think it mattered to people around here how the Preds fared the rest of the post season; after winning that first round, however far they moved on from that was a just a wonderful bonus. That first round was such a huge mental barrier for everyone to get over. I know its hard for fans of older and bigger market teams to grasp, but it’s true. Such a great moment. Yes, they lost to Vancouver, but they played hard and tough till the end.
