He has a little bit of weight on Simmonds but he is not winning that one every time. And I am not suggesting Simmonds will win one here or there with a hail mary punch. He can throw and control a fight very well. I imagine he thought he was gonna tie up with Engelland and probably did not anticipate fighting based on his preexisting facial injuries.
