So if we’re winning or losing by enough, we shouldn’t put our tough guys out but we shouldn’t put any of scoring lines out either? I think we’re running out of optional lines to put out there then. Maybe next game they can just spend the last 3 minutes or so of the game just looking at each other from the benches.

Except they won’t be out on the ice if the game is in hand like that… as Briere probably shouldn’t have been.

I’ve heard Flyers fans say, that it was a cheap move because the game was out of reach so it didn’t make sense for Vitale and Company to be out there, but is the logic not the same for Laviolette and Briere then? “hey this has been a really violent game that it looks like the Pens are out of. Let me sit a guy whose had concussion issues for the final 75 seconds…”

Since a previous article talked about Hartnell taunting a ‘fan dressed as Hulk Hogan’, I’ll call it safe to say that he knows that’s not the real Hulk.

…unless Brough is somehow right, and it really WAS Hulk, which would make it an interesting fight between him and Hartnell actually.

This is what happens when tickets are so expensive they price out the average Joe! The corporate crowd are casual fans with no passion.
I’ve been to two Penguins games this season once lower bowl one higher.
I was so disappointed in the crowd both times, felt like I was at a country club rather than a hockey game, no energy, what a shame.
