		<description><![CDATA[So Mike here&#039;s my question...Tootoo dropped his gloves on the first &quot;false&quot; face-off...at least one glove.  Can&#039;t this be penalized by the ref?  I know you all did an article on the semi-ridiculousness about fights off of face-offs, and the NHL isn&#039;t really committed to stopping it, but the blatant glove-dropping when the puck isn&#039;t dropped should hold some sort of repercussion.]]></description>
