seriously though, the bottom line is that Bettman and this idiot Fehr will probably strike a deal on a new CBA this summer, in less time than it takes to order a Big Mac ! … yes, Bettman may appear “nerdy & goofy” to some, but stupid he is not … he’s knows darn well that the middle class’s disposable income has shrunk drastically since 2004 … and it’s shrinking evermore all the time … he therefore knows instinctively that it’s best to keep a lid on things right now … as for Fehr, I doubt if this goof could even explain basic macro-economics, such as M-1 vs M-2 money supply ? … so hopefully Bettman can prevail this summer and carry the day for “that” which is right, in relatively short order and with minimum upset …
