What a terrific article ! … as not only is this exemplary of what “real” journalism is supposed to be all about … as well, this article serves as true testament for what the LA Kings and their fans are all about … honor ! Unlike the majority of other teams and their supporters, who “day in and day out” continually exhibit “rodent-like” behavior by clawing at literally everything they can get their hands on, we LA Kings can always be counted on to do the “right thing” through thick and thin. I’m therefore not the least bit surprised that Mike Richards made this selfless and gallant gesture by acting like a “true” comrade. In so many ways, his character is perfectly suited for one who wears the glorious Purple & Gold of a “King” ! … good on you Mike !
