And let him play the last two months of the regular season (and playoffs) and thereby fulfil the final year on his contract? Wow, that’s a great deal for Radulov.

Is it a great deal for the Preds? Sure, they could use Radulov’s skill (which team couldn’t?) and maybe are looking to go deep in this year’s playoffs (the Pred’s would be a scary match up for any team – as a Nucks’ fan, I’m hoping the Nucks don’t draw the Preds). But this all seems really opportunistic by Radulov and his camp; if I was the Poile I’d hope it wouldn’t cause any turmoil within the ranks.

I’d wait to welcome Radulov back at the start of next year and make him put in a FULL year’s service with the Preds.
