What a joke. That’s why this guy is hated by every real nhl fan except pens fans. Fairweather fans like watching him because of his skill, because they don’t see how he acts on the ice. Biased officiating in pens games and preferential treatment by the league- hence this game being picked up by NBCSN. We hate him not because of jealousy (we all know he’s good)- it’s because of the whining and crying that he does to the refs, and then going around slewfooting people like a coward.

I would expect u to root for the Rangers, but all of these Ranger fans saying bow the Pens won’t have and excuse? I think we played the Rangers just a few weeks ago without Sid, and the final was 2-0 Pens.

Its a shame to see anyone suffer a career threatening injury no matter who it is.

I’m also glad the game is on NBCSN since thats the only way I can get Rangers games in my area (no MSG, and Rangers games on NHL Network/Center Ice are blacked out in this area). With that said, I am against the network carrying the game JUST becuase Crosby is coming back…. again. It was understandable the first time around when he was coming back from a year long injury and all, but this time it makes little sense. I doubt many casual fans who aren’t Pens fans to begin with will tune in since, well Crosby already made his big come back. This is kinda like the B reel version of it, and I think it would have been fine to leave it on the NHL Network instead of showing favoritism to Crosby and the Pens.

Either way though, I’m happy I get to watch the Rangers bring the pens back down to earth. Going to be a great game.
