That is the question which needs to be asked, as opposed to whether or not the Kings make the playoffs ? (ie: comrade Brough already answers that one for us, with his factual statement that … there’s too much talent not to). At any rate, I have to level with you guys … I’ve actually been wondering recently if supporting this team is really worth all of the inevitable upset ? … or emotional “turmoil” if you will ? Time and time again, this “talent laden” team looks set to go on an absolute tear, only to then fall flat and thus break the hearts of the “millions” of us Kings fans. Of course I realize that during trying times, our credo has always been to “close rank” and “press on” with even greater zeal, etc. But there does come a point when one starts to wonder what it’s really all about ? … and is it worth the cost ? I fear friends, that personally I may now be approaching that point ? ….
