Unless you’re new to the site or haven’t been paying attention, you should know PHT posts a lot of articles about the weekly NHL on NBC Sunday afternoon matchup.
This week’s matchup happened to feature the top two teams in the East. Did this fight deserve the attention? No it did not. If this fight happened on NESN on Saturday, it probably doesn’t get an article on PHT, but it happened on NBC, do you follow?

If anything it’s more of a reflection on NBC constantly pumping up themselves & their own broadcast, but it’s just so much easier to complain about the Bruins, now it’s their fault that NBC is promoting their own broadcasts.

It’s clear people are sick of the Bruins, some people may be sore about how last spring went down, some people may just be sick of hearing about them, I get that too.

Regardless, articles about the Bruins get people talking & posting comments. A negative post about the Bruins is worth just as much to PHT as a positive post, so in the end, if you are so sick of hearing about them, stop reading the articles & commenting on them…..you are only feeding the monster.

I give prust credit, but there isn’t much difference between lucic fighting prust than cambel fighting bickel, which didn’t even get a second look. I can’t wait for april 1 and a rematch, and i’m praying for a playoff matchup in the East finals.

Funny how one of the stories in the thumbnail panel is a picture of Prust & Lucic fighting previously, not sure why it should be a surprise for them to go at it again.

It’s not about the number of articles, it’s about the need to constantly pump them up, even after a loss, even if it’s a completely pointless fight that wasn’t even one-sided.

Seriously, I mean 7 out of the last 72 articles have been about the reigning Stanley Cup Champs, it’s like, give me a break, am I right?

I too am so sick of hearing & reading about the Bruins, yet I still read the articles, and then post comments about how much I hate the Bruins, because people need to know how much I hate the Bruins.
