Tyler Seguin snapped a 10-game goalless slump when he scored in the first period of Thursday’s game. On Saturday, Seguin made it goals in back-to-back games with this gem:
Seguin’s efforts tied the contest at 2-2 midway through the third period. Unfortunately for Boston, the Islanders’ John Tavares scored the game-winner with just 4:39 minutes remaining in regulation time. Boston will try to bounce back on Sunday against the New York Rangers.
