it was interesting last night, how Aquilini Investments successfully managed to get the Canuckle sheep to focus their attention entirely on Kassian and Pillsman, while no mention was made of the so-called “big guns” and their complete and utter non-performance ?

Kassian finished with 1G/1A and a bunch of hits in a losing effort.

That’s exactly two points more than Hodgson, but also a bucket-load of actual impact on the game no matter what line he played on.

Cody’s gonna be a good center in this league. But he’s a peripheral player most of the time. Sometimes he scores, otherwise, you would barely know he’s there.compared to Kassian. Currently, I’m not sure you can credit Hodgson with doing much besides distracting opponents away from his linemates in the last three games.

Meanwhile, you always know when Kassian is on the ice and while he may never make the same offensive impact, his defensive skills have already proven better than Hodgson’s.

Good trade so far. Even better when the Canucks get into the playoffs.

Hodgson will probably be great for improving the Sabres regular season record.

Sorry friend, be we LA Kings fans don’t insult people … instead, we prefer to retort with fact. The bottom line to all of this Hodgson business is really quite simple. Your giggling, fur-trapping, coach “Elaine” had it in for the young man from day one … no two ways about it. And as callous and childish as that may sound, there was never anything more to it than that. Well now young Cody will have his vengeance and it will come at the expense of those who sought to do him wrong.

where have we heard that before ? … oh right , here on our local “house” radio ! … that’s right friends … every since Monday, the Canucks management and their serfs in the locally-controlled “Aquilini” media, have been working overtime in an attempt to convince the people that Hodgson “need to be traded” … and in the same breath, they’re also trying to argue that “Kassian” and these other C-grade stiffs are supposed to be the “key” to winning the Stanley Cup … it truly amazing and yet I do find this stuff to be very amusing …

There’s absolutely no question about the fact that this fine young man was abused by the Canucks organization from the very start … simply no two ways about it. In fact, listening to the Canucks give “their” side of the story, is almost like listening the likes of Berlin Betty or Tokyo Rose ! … complete and utter nonsense. At any rate, God sure does act in mysterious ways at times, eh ? … but he “always” makes things right in the end.
