Blomfeld: excuse me ladies, but would you mind doing your business elsewhere ?

east96st, icelovinbrotha, firstandonlywarning: what's the problem sir ?

Blomfeld: you're the problem ! ... I said get lost you freaks and get lost right now !

east96st, icelovinbrotha, firstandonlywarning: okay, we're sorry sir ! ... we're leaving now ...

This O'Brien creature has written a good article here, notwithstanding some of the "thinly-veiled" flippancy and innuendo. However, there needs to be some clarification here on events concerning our beloved LA Kings since Saturday:

Saturday: Kings 4 - Chicago 0

Monday: Nashville 2 - Kings 1

Tuesday: Kings 4 - Minnesota 0

the bottom line friends, is that we're currently the hottest team in the NHL ! ... yes siree, we LA Kings have crushed the opposition by a whopping score of 9-2 just during our last three games ! ... and to be honest, we haven't even brought our "big guns" to bear yet ! ... so "come on" everybody, this is sure going to be one helluva ride ! ... :)

Yea if the L.A. faithful think that Carter will be the difference in the playoffs, you're for a rude awakening. Carter has a better disappearing act then Houdini. Look at his playoffs numbers. They don't lie. It's one thing to dream about winning the Cup. It's another thing to put in the time and effort to hoist one. I don't think Carter will ever have it in him.

Nothing against LA, but I really hope Carter never sees the Cup. He was such an unbelievable dbag the entire time in Columbus, I can't help but want this guy to never taste success again. I understand fully that Columbus wasn't what he wanted, what player would? But you handle what life gives you like a man, not like a whiny, petulant child. And we all know he didn't refuse to cash any of Columbus' checks, so go out and earn your pay. My 11 year old has more maturity, self respect, and a better work ethic than Carter does. LA might have gotten a goal scorer, but they also got a guy with absolutely no character and a guy who will flat out quit on the team when things go bad.
