At bcisleman
Fun Fact: You sign a defensemen in James wisnewski and trade him for jack then in the same year at the trade deadline much worse players are getting traded for more. Your d looks like that of an ahl team besides streit and hamonic.

You also had the captain of the stanley cup team (Boston Bruins).

You also had Roberto Luongo who went to the stanley cup and has some great stats. The following year after you sign him you draft Rick Dipietro first pick in the 2000 draft. You trade Luongo and Olli Jokinen for Mark parrish and Oleg Kvasha. Don't think much needs to be said about how that turned out for you.

Your owner is a joke. He does not even get the money from the people attending the games at the coliseum which he leases. Your gm is an embarrassment as are your fans.

As for the rangers mortgaging the future you clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Also if your from NY you might wanna get the nhl package because the New york islanders are not gonna be on the island for long.

Honestly if your gonna come on a site and rip other teams you should look at your own first. At least Sather's turned excrement into gold. Gomez to montreal gave us a shutdown dman that is going to be better than any you currently have.

You have some good pieces in J.T., Moulson and Grabner but what is going to happen if Nabby does not resign. Mind telling me how your rotation of Dp, poulin, Montoya and Nilson has been going because unless something happens in the off season that's who your stuck with. Montoya has been good but he is not a starter. Parenteau is fake and is nothing on another team's roster just because your team can't bolster a real nhl roster doesn't mean you found a star. It means you have to fill the twenty man quota. Grabner is extremely fast but his hands are absolutely terrible. He gets on a breakaway every game that I watch which is a few and most of the time does nothing.

honestly any isles fan needs to look in the mirror but do it quickly cause it'll break with the reflection of the isles logo on it.

Maybe 25-ish goals is good enough anyway, right?

Kinda wonder if the Islanders would already be a playoff team in, say, the Southeast. Atlantic makes things tough for 'em.

Fun Fact: PA has 56 points and was let go for nothing. Much bally-hooed FA Brad Richards, for whom the NYR mortgaged their franchise, has 40 points.

Grabs is fine. He still creates his chances. He is on pace to get over 20 goals even if he doesnt have an explosion like he did last year. If he can refine his release and finishing technique. he can be a consistent 30-40 goal guy.
