Ottawa’s Zenon Konopka is trying his hand as a vintner. “I’m from Niagara-on-the-Lake and I grew up on a farm with wine grapes,” he said. “I’ve always understood the process of making wine. I’ve been to France a few times, I’ve gone to lots of [wine] shows.” (Ottawa Citizen)
