Honestly, I bet it’s a someone who isn’t a canucks fan or hockey fan for that matter and just trying to (sadly continue, thanks to the riots) to make Vancouverites look bad. A drunk “watch this!” moment.

And I’m an American in Utah, so it’s not like I have a reason to defend the city or its people, but a huge Canucks fan .

I don’t think that vandalism was by a Canuck fan. They didn’t spell Canuck right – and I can tell you that in this city you cant walk 5 feet without seeing the word Canuck written somewhere. That vandalism is by someone trying to make Canuck fans look bad.

Canucks fan here that is equally disgusted as the VAST percentage of the real and loyal fan base. There is no place for this kind of behaviour in a civilized society that being said there is this kind element in every community and like cockroaches they are a menace that are extremely hard to eradicate in their entirety.

Awful to do that to a church. I am a diehard Canucks fan my whole life, but even more so, a fan of British Columbia hockey and born players. A true Canucks fan would still have some sort of appreciation for a guy like Lucic. He brought us alot of good hockey as a Giant and even won a memorial cup and tourney MVP. Any British Columbia hockey fan without respect to Lucic isnt a true hockey fan. For his style play and the skills he brings we should be appreciating the uniquness in what Lucic brings to the game instead of mocking his entire family and church. Anybody who knows his history and the type of class act he is off the ice would never do somthing like this.
