Fletcher has done a great job of building this team for the future. Nobody predicted the Wild as a top 6 team in the West, but maybe fighting for a 8th seed to start the season. Doug Risebrough is the GM that put the Wild in this spot by letting Demtira (rest his soul), Rolston, and Gaborik walk for nothing.

Fletcher has Granlund, Coyle, Brodin, Zucker, and others coming down the pipeline. This team is gonna be good soon. They need to get the bad contracts Risebrough signed Backstrom, Schultz, and Bouchard to off the books. With Parrish's finally coming off the books and by the time these top prospects come here, Heatley will be off the books and the Wild will have tons of cap room.

From what I read in Russo's columns, I may have seen that Yeo bagged the team MAYBE twice this year. Not that bagging a team makes for a good coach, but the team has had some piss poor efforts this year. Yeo strikes me as an intelligent coach; hopefully he does a good review of himself during the offseason and makes the proper adjustments.
