well as caps fan, im extremely happy with his production on ice i hope mcphee realizes he has a great d-man, and doesn’t make another mistakes, like he has done in the past. To get rid of him for a short term fix..his been a huge help when the rest of the team joins him and hes stepped up big time since china-doll mike green has been out..thank you wide’s hope the caps repay you with a cup…ha ah ha or extend your contract.

I like Wideman too. He’s not the most sound defenseman out there, but he’s much, MUCH less of a liability tha Joe ‘Turnover’ Corvo. So glad he was only a rental in Washington

wideman is a good leader. I think i’m the only bruin fan who actually misses him. He’s a 100 times better then corvo or kaberle. he just started to lack confidence after getting booed on a nightly basis
