Nasty goal though.

I remember a story from an old friend of mine. Back in 1975 as a 14 year old, he went with his hockey team on a goodwill visit to Scandinavia. They fared rather well throughout the trip, except for one game in Finland which they played on an outdoor rink. They lost something like 19-2 to this particular Finnish team and there was a certain individual who literally skated miles around them while accounting for something like 12 of the 19 goals. Well it turned out that this individual was none other than Jari Kurri ! Selanne has followed in his footsteps well and I suspect that had he been with Gretzky during the 80′s, the Oilers would have accomplished even more than was the case !
